في مبادرة القلب المفتوح – المبادرة المسيحية الكويرية تساعدنا كل مشاركة على بناء مساحات شاملة، رحيمة، وآمنة للمسيحيين من مجتمع الميم (LGBTQ+) وحلفائهم. نحن ملتزمون بالشفافية وحسن إدارة الموارد، ونحرص على أن تكونوا على دراية بكيفية استخدام دعمكم.

في العديد من السياقات، يُحرم الأشخاص الكويريون من الرعاية الطبية بسبب التمييز، أو الوصم، أو الخوف، أو القيود المالية. أُنشئ هذا البرنامج لضمان ألا يُحرم أي شخص من الرعاية بسبب هويته أو ظروفه الاجتماعية.
من خلال هذا البرنامج، نوفر:
استشارات صحية سرّية في بيئة آمنة وداعمة
توعية صحية جنسية وإرشاد قائم على تقليل الضرر
فحوصات ودعم الوقاية من الأمراض المنقولة جنسيًا
إحالات إلى أطباء متخصصين موثوقين ومتوافقين مع احتياجات مجتمع الميم عند الحاجة
تُقدَّم هذه الخدمة مجانًا، أو مقابل مساهمة رمزية لمن يستطيع المشاركة، وهي متاحة لجميع الأشخاص من المجتمع الكويري. ونولي اهتمامًا خاصًا بالأشخاص الأكثر عرضة للهشاشة بسبب الإقصاء الاجتماعي أو الصعوبات الاقتصادية، بما في ذلك النساء، والأشخاص العابرين جندريًا، والأشخاص النشطين جنسيًا، والعاملين/ات في مجال الجنس، والأشخاص الذين يستخدمون المخدرات عن طريق الحقن.

At The Open Heart QCI, every donation helps us build inclusive, compassionate, and safe spaces for LGBTQ+ Christians and allies. We are committed to transparency and responsible stewardship, and we want you to know how your support is used.

Your donations help sustain the people who make our work possible, including community organizers, project coordinators, facilitators, translators, content creators, and administrative support. Fair compensation ensures continuity, accountability, and the long-term sustainability of our mission.

Your support enables us to create and maintain safe spaces where LGBTQ+ Christians can gather, learn, heal, and grow. This includes support groups, workshops, educational resources, pastoral accompaniment, and community-led initiatives that promote dignity, belonging, and resilience.
3. Queer Healthcare & Counseling Program
3. Queer Healthcare & Counseling Program
Your donations help us develop and sustain a Queer Healthcare & Counseling Program that supports LGBTQ+ individuals who face barriers to accessing safe, respectful, and inclusive healthcare.
In many contexts, queer people are unable to seek medical care due to discrimination, stigma, fear, or financial constraints. This program exists to ensure that no one is denied care because of who they are or their social circumstances.
Through this program, we provide:
Confidential health consultations in a safe and supportive environment
Sexual health education and harm-reduction guidance
Sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing and prevention support
Referrals to trusted, queer-affirming healthcare professionals when needed
This service is free of charge, or offered at a nominal cost for those who are able to contribute, and is open to all LGBTQ+ people. We give particular attention to individuals who are more vulnerable due to social exclusion or economic precarity, including women, trans people, sexually active individuals, sex workers, and people who use drugs.
Our work is grounded in dignity, confidentiality, and non-judgment, affirming that healthcare is a human right and should be accessible, safe, and inclusive for everyone.
You may choose to dedicate your donation exclusively to this program during the donation process, and we commit to ensuring that your contribution is used for the purpose you select.

Some donations are allocated to the preparation and launch of future initiatives, including new support programs, advocacy work, digital platforms, and multilingual resources. This allows us to respond responsibly to emerging needs and grow sustainably.

To ensure continuity of care and support, we maintain a modest reserve fund for emergencies, unexpected expenses, or periods of financial uncertainty. This helps protect our community and the services we provide.

We commit to using all donations responsibly and in alignment with our nonprofit mission. Funds are recorded, managed, and monitored according to French nonprofit law, and no donation is ever used for personal profit. Upon request, we are happy to share information about how contributions are used.
